Prior to leaving for our vacation, my wife and I needed transportation to Los Angeles Airport. I wanted to take a minute and tell you how pleased we were with the level of service we received and the outstanding quality of the staff you have working with you. Specifically, your reservation agent, Kevin was especially helpful and supportive during the reservation. Kevin demonstrated detailed knowledge of the area and professionally answered the barrage of questions my wife and I asked, completely and with patience. When our driver arrived at our pick up location, everything went perfect, the car was returned at our residence safe. You have a great staff! It is challenging today to find people that are passionate about their work that execute well.
